Problem
NOC staff diagnosed outages by manually checking OLTs one at a time, with no single view of which routers, OLTs, or last-mile links were actually down.
Solution
Deployed ISP Map: live OLT and Mikrotik PPP polling, a correlation engine to distinguish router-level faults from last-mile faults, and an alerting layer for mass outages.

Result
Outage identification moved from manual, per-device checks to a live map with automatic fault correlation across the network.
